Roatan Tours, Excursions and Activities

Roatan has something for everybody's ideal Roatan Resort vacation. Surrounded by the world's second largest coral reef, the Bay Islands are considered by many to be the best spot for scuba diving, snorkeling and fishing in the world.

The waters around Roatan are considered some of the most species-rich waters in the Caribbean and while snorkeling or diving, guests can see turtles, eagle rays, squid and hundreds of colorful tropical fish. Some of the large fish species include wahoo, yellow fin tuna, mahi mahi, barracuda, shark, blue marlin, white marlin and sail fish.

Roatan's average yearly temperature is 80° Fahrenheit (27° C) with a cooling, temperate breeze. Topography varies from white sandy beaches, iron shoreline, mangroves, tropical hilltops, lush valleys to reef surrounded waters.
