Caribbean Luxury Villas

Our Caribbean villas are luxurious, spacious and comfortable. With travertine tile floors, hand-made carved wood cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful, comfortable furniture, the units are modern Caribbean vacation homes.

Each villa is air conditioned and has fully-fitted kitchens and bathrooms, with 9 and 10 feet high ceilings. All master bedrooms have king-size beds, second bedrooms have two twin or queen beds, and third bedrooms have king-size beds.

All units have satellite television and internet access, as well as beautiful patios that offer ocean, beach, pool or sunset views. Other features include:

• State-of-art septic facilities
• 100% potable tap water in each unit
• Solar water heating
• Private Dock with a water taxi

Purchasing Your Caribbean Vacation Home

Rates for completed units range from $260,000 for a studio to $575,000 for a premium two bedroom villa. Preconstruction prices begin at $215,000. With Roatan's growth as a popular vacation destination, prices will no doubt rise over time. By purchasing early, you are guaranteeing the villa unit of your choice at today's price and you will be able to see the value of your investment rise.

In comparison to other luxury villas in the Caribbean, Infinity Bay's prices are quite favorable and you get a lot more for your money. Roatan has many of the same advantages of the best Caribbean islands while our prices are much more affordable. But with the increase in Roatan's media and tourism, the gap will likely narrow in the near future.

Ownership of a Roatan Villa

Details about owning your Caribbean vacation home:

• Ownership of all units in Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort is deeded.
• Annual property tax on Roatan villas is about .35% of its value - roughly $1,150 per year on a $330,000 villa.
• Your property will pass to your heirs or as instructed in your will.
• Hurricane insurance will be included in the insurance package.
• Units come fully-furnished and decorated.
• There is 24 hour security throughout the development.

Renting out your Caribbean Vacation Home

Owners of Infinity Bay's luxury Caribbean villas are free to rent out their units during periods of absence. There will be a professional management company available to manage the rental during periods of absence on behalf of the owner as an option. We caution potential buyers not to rely on rental income to determine the potential income or return on investment.

Construction of Infinity Bay's Caribbean Luxury Villas

Phase One of Infinity Bay was completed in December 2007 and included:

• 55 units (studio, one, two and three bedrooms)
• La Palapa Bar on the beach with a swim-up bar
• Fresh water pool purified with ozone has 3 waterfalls, a bridge and an infinity edge
• Private dock with a water taxi

Phase Two is scheduled to be completed in April 2009 and will include:

• 90 units (studio, one and two bedrooms)
• Full Service sit-down restaurant
• Air-conditioned bar
• Health Club
• Full Service Spa
• Conference Facilities
• Concierge Desk
• Common Barbecue area

Our Caribbean luxury villas have been constructed to US standard building specifications by local contractors and labor. Owners will not be able to make changes to the specifications or layouts of the units as the designs and décor is finalized by the developer to maintain a high degree of quality.

Our construction and design consultants include:

• Caribbean architect Fernando Diaz, who has designed many fine homes and resorts in Roatan and the Bay Islands.
• GeoMax of the U.S. have provided engineering and technical consulting.
• David Hurley, was the lead design architect on the pools, landscape and common areas of Infinity Bay. Hurley was formerly of Ancrom Moisan and lead designer of the renowned spa at Salishan Spa and Golf Resort where he worked with Collier & Collier on this award winning project.
