We wanted a vacation to enjoy as a family and of course have the best that we could pay. It did not happend at Infinity bay. First the bus driver of the hotel was the last to arrive at the ferry. We got there at 11 am, check in at 3pm. I have a 1 year old baby we waited and waited for them to clean the room. They are under construction so I did not have a place to stay or change the diaper of my baby. They sent me to the restaurant and waited and waited. When we finally got the room they were cleaning it, the rooms are beautiful but the service is not as good. The 3rd day I ask if someone could clean the room, they came at 15:15 and since I was in the room she took the towels and never came back until I went to talk to the manager. The 4th day they took at 11am all the chairs that were around the kids pool, because they had an event at 6 or 8pm so me and a lot of other families did not have where to seat. So sad that such an expensive Hotel does not take the customer service so serious.

Infinity Bay is by far the best that Roatan has to offer. Incredible prices, stellar service, and amenities fit for a Queen.We stayed at Infinity Bay for 3 nights in one of the studio suites. The rooms are nice, simple, and clean.

I worked for a travel agency. Needless to say, I have traveled the world. Infinity Bay is by far the best place I have stayed. The property has everything you would need on your vacation. A beautiful infinity pool that looks as if it continues into the sea, a beach that is pristine, a staff that is second to none. The beach bar also serves a great menu of items

Our first (but not last) trip to Roatan. Everything we hoped for and much more! Infinity Bay was the perfect choice for our life style and everyone at the resort was so happy, friendly and helpful throughout our eleven day stay. We plan to return in 2013 and can't wait to see the finished spa and restaurant.

A little piece of heaven is what you can find here, the amazing beauty of the island and the wonderful hospitality of all the staff , makes this place shine above all other travel destinations I have been. On behalf of Ginger and myself we want to express our deep appreciation, joy and satisfaction with the wonderful staff at Infinity Bay Resort. Many of you truly became our friends during our stay from January 13th to the 30th. From the first day, when we were greeted with smiles of the beautiful ladies in the the office, to our days and nights eating lobster sandwhiches and drinking Pina Coladas at La Palapa were were constantly showered with kindness and wonderful service. Every day hard working Henry made sure we were squared away. Every other day Christain G made our room spotless and we delighted in her creative talents making "animals" and "fish" out of our linens and towels. Every person at La Palapa was wonderful and we got to know Andrea and Carlos and many others. Each person was kind and patient and wonderful. The security provided by Bulldog security was terrific and they also were gracious, kind and helpful. We got to know Rudolph, and Truman, Eldon, and Manu, and Derrold and Charlene and Elissa May. What fun you all made for us and for our stay. We came for the island beauty but also we were blessed to discover the beautiful people of Roatan. Thank you! Your friends, Russ and Ginger Munson
