Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort

This is an exciting time for Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort. The walls are going up and the Condo/Villas are beginning to take shape. These pictures are of the most recent developments. We are building with cement block reinforced with rebar and then filled solid with concrete. This method results in the absolute highest structural integrity of the buildings and, when finished with a stucco type exterior, will be very aesthetically pleasing.

We currently have over 120 workers on the project and anticipate the addition of another 50 workers within the next three weeks. The first story of the Beach Front Condo/Villas are up, and the remaining eight buildings will have first floor walls up within the next four to six weeks. Phase I is still scheduled for opening May 1, 2007.

There are only about 20 units still available in this phase, which is increasingly gaining interest as the premier beach front resort property on one of the most beautiful parts of Roatan - West Bay Beach.

With the announcement by Delta Airlines recently of the addition of weekly non-stop service from Atlanta and the commitments by the cruise ships mentioned in our last newsletter, access to the island continues to improve. This is a critical component in the seats vs. rooms equation and we are very pleased with the progress as of late.

Another interesting development is that the President of Honduras and Bay Islands Senator (former mayor of Roatan) Jerry Hynds are proposing a Duty Free Zone for the Bay Islands. This will also include provisions for offshore banking. With the unsurpassed diving and the cruise ships, Roatan is sounding more like the Cayman Islands everyday. We will keep you posted on the progress of this very meaningful bill.

Right up the street from Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort a new shopping mall has been constructed offering a deli, clothing/sundries, and beauty salon. This is a nice addition to the area.
