| We have poured the third floor on the first phase buildings, and are beginning to build the roof structures on the forward buildings as of this time. This will be a special Holiday season for Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort as the construction crew begins reaching the top! |

| In early 2007 interiors will be started, and as our current owners know we have already begun our furniture package commitments, and will soon be seeking choices among the various color options for individual Condo/Villa units. Also, we have begun working on configurations for the Resort pools and beach front Palapa swim-up bar. |

| We are excited to announce the hiring of Michael Wendling as our Resort Manager. Michael has over 20 years experience in the resort industry having managed several high profile resorts, and is excited about this new challenge. He is working to maximize exposure for Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort with a state of the art marketing plan. The goal is to make Infinity Bay the most sought after resort property for Roatan vacationers and generate a good return for the owners. |

| The Honduras National Congress met in Roatan on the 28th & 29th of November at which time it passed into law the Free Zone trade agreement, that has already been approved by President Mel Zelaya. This is meaningful to current and future investors in Roatan with anticipation of increased tourism and commerce on the island. We have been told the agreement will become law in early 2007. |

| What the Duty Free Zone will mean for current Roatan investors is potential upswing in property values due to increased commerce and a substantial influx of businesses and individuals, who see this a great investment opportunity and want to make their move now to receive the maximum in Duty Free Zone benefits. |

| Also newsworthy is the fact that various U.S. based airlines are talking about expanding flights to Roatan. Continental announced that they are planning on going from two days per week to possibly daily. Also, Delta is beginning to make a presence by picking up momentum with a number of flights into Roatan. |

| On December 7th there will be an extraordinary event called Concert for the Angels in which the community has a Holiday concert at Roatan airport to benefit Clinica Esperanza, Familias Saludables, and Roatan Day Care Center. We at Infinity feel fortunate to assist in having a positive impact by giving our support back to Roatan families and children this upcoming new year. |
