Happy 2007! We have arrived to the top of the third floors and work has begun on the roof structures this week. Our present schedule calls for completion of the first six buildings this June.
Our Architects have worked the last few months on making some changes to the exterior for a more enhanced look, which we are very pleased with and we think that you will agree. We are continuing to find ways to improve Infinity Bay Resort and one of those is a drinking water system using reverse osmosis, which will enable guests to drink purified water directly from any tap on the Resort.

In January 2007 all windows are to be shipped, followed by cabinets, granite, marble, and tile. This means that the interiors will start taking shape in the next couple of months. We continue to emphasize our commitment to making this the finest Resort on the Island, both in the quality of construction and ecologically friendly solutions.
We welcome two new people to our staff. Waleska Mendoza and Angie Jones. Waleska is a native of Roatan with excellent office skills and will soon be working in or main West Bay office as receptionist. Angie Jones has relocated from Houston, Texas as a sales executive. Angie has a very impressive track record in the marketing and sales of real estate and we're very excited to have her on the team. Also we have promoted Cynthia Anderson to Manager of Realtor Relations. Cynthia will work exclusively with outside Realtors to promote sales. We wish all of our new people the best as they continue to grow with our family of talented staff.
Again this month we bring the Duty Free Zone to the forefront. President Zelaya came over to sign it in to law standing on Roatan soil. It was a great celebration held with hundreds of people in attendance. The Minster of Tourism, Leader of Congress, Senator Hynds, as well as the Mayors from Roatan and Guanaja were there and led the audience in a standing ovation for the President. Making the investment choice to become a Roatan property owner is wise decision at this time, as future property values will be enhanced by Roatan's Duty Free Zone.
Most every major resort or hotel was booked up this holiday season. The Resorts were even taking back-up lists for people who were hoping for no-shows. This is proof the Island is growing and the need for more rooms is increasing. We are looking forward to solid occupancy in the very near future as we begin our official promotion of the resort in February.
The traditional holiday parade and took place in Roatan in December. A beautiful night filled with decorations, floats, vehicles, and boats. There was delicious food served to passer-bys and the atmosphere was full of joy and celebration. This is a wonderful local event that truly endears visitors to the island.
The INFINITY FAMILY
Wishes you A Great Year in 2007!
