First Phase Owner's Thank You! As of the end of November we have twenty two closings completed. All of you have been very gracious and A Lot of FUN!! We now have a Bob Jarr "Jar" rather than a Tip Jar, that is just one of many humorous stories, as our Infinity Family Owners have had a chance to enjoy their investment, experience Resort life, while staying in their Condo/Villas these past six weeks.

Changes to be made this next month include completed parking area, and official entrance to Infinity Resort. This will include almost 100 Royal Palms planted to create an initial drive up with a exclamation point about Infinity Spa & Beach Resort's future. A tunnel and wall will section off our Phase II construction, to begin in January, while at the same time enhancing the completion of all fifty five Phase I Condo/Villas, and beautifully landscaped surrounding common areas. A temporary laundry facility will be completed as an extension out from Phase I.

Satellite/data/communication are all in the completion stages and have a promised finish date of December. Our wireless internet is being set up so all owners and guest will have the opportunity to sit by the pool, hang out at the swim up bar, or just be on the balcony, and bring up the internet on their Laptops, Pocket PC, or IPhone. Sunbath, Swim, Drink, watch the Sunset, all the while e-mailing your friends and family about Paradise. Gotta love Caribbean Technology!

Our Phase II owners we are very thankful for your vision and insights as to what your Condo/Villas are going to be like when completed. We know you are anxious for Phase II to start as well as the completion, and we all here at Infinity Bay Resort appreciate your investment decision in becoming part of the Infinity Family of Owners.

As of December 22nd we will have real guest staying at the Resort. The Holidays are upon us and many people are making vacation plans at Infinity Bay. We are looking forward to guest arrivals, and will be welcoming many of our Infinity Family owners during this time. The Reservation page of our web-site has been updated for individuals to enter in dates and Condo preferences. This has been a driving force in assisting our Resort Manager in the confirmation of new reservations. Most of our owners have been very responsive with their plans to stay at the Resort over the December/January Holidays. However if you have not already contacted us please e-mail your plans so we know your Condo/Villa's availability.

The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) has put Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort on the map. Writer Candace Jackson visited Roatan last month and was at Infinity Bay for an interview. On November 24th the WSJ published, in their Leisure section, an article called "The Next Place in the Sun". Candace put Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort as 1st... Numero Uno! on the listing of Where to Stay, and had Infinity Bay as the "island's swankiest option".
