The roofing tile will be installed on all buildings by the end of this month. The interior tile is being laid on the first two buildings and we expect our crews to be moving through the rest of the buildings in short order. We have just purchased the tile (it's beautiful!) for the exterior breezeways, steps, and balconies and we expect the installation to begin in about two weeks.
Our underground crew has been painstakingly preparing all of the ground work for conduit which is a very critical part of delivering water, sewer, electrical, and plumbing facilities to the Condo/Villas. We have the utmost regard for Jerry and Andy's professional abilities to get this job completed in a timely fashion.
The balconies are starting to take shape, changing the entire look of the buildings. The beautiful hand crafted Honduran balustrades, created by our own artistic contractor, Darryl Martinez, add so much to the exterior look of the resort for both practical purposes and giving Infinity Bay a Caribbean style look. When you look at it, you can almost hear the steel drum music.
Also your pool is going to be a central attraction at the resort. The pool has all of the characteristics to make it the most gorgeous pools on the island, with a crossover bridge, swim up bar, various water features, and lighted infinity edge. The floor has been poured and side the walls are nearly completed. Completion date is scheduled for early July.

The custom cedar cabinets and doors are almost finished and the workmanship is of the finest quality. Our Honduran manufacturer has created a place in our hearts for talents beyond our expectations. Infinity Bay thanks Abaco S.A. de C.V. for their efforts in making a statement about quality and beauty combined.
The new Roatan port is moving in the right direction. Work on the first $15 million phase one of the project is progressing well. The first phase of work will include a platform on the side of the existing wharf to accommodate more than 18,000 square meters. This will include modern facilities for the transport of passengers, as well as three buildings with more than 3,000 square meters for commercial establishments, restaurants, and entertainment facilities.
After the $15 million second phase is completed next year the Roatan Port of Cruises will be open to the general public, as well as tourists internationally. This will become an integral part of the island's entertainment and commerce.
We would like part of our IB news letter dedicated as a way to communicate with other Infinity Bay owners. If you want to participate in this section we will need the owner's approval to put their name, and email info on this web site. Our intention is to let owner's create a networking between themselves to expand the Infinity Family throughout the areas of the world where we all live. Let us know if you want to participate, as we will begin next month.
