We have Cabinets! They've just arrived and are beginning to be installed - and they are beautiful! And they are stunning with the granite countertops. The finish work will take some time, but will be well worth the wait. The windows are being finished off in a cedar like trim, with final touches on each window sill of travertine tile creating a beautiful and well thought out look.

Our landscape committee met this month and came up with some great designs for decks, walkways, and open areas. With palm trees, gorgeous flowers, and various other plants this will add immensely to the character of the resort's Caribbean style.

The swim-up Palapa bar has been tentatively laid out which overhangs into the pool with stools below. This is for all of our owners who would like to swim up, have a beverage, gaze out at the turquoise waters and white sandy beach... Infinity Margarita anyone?

The lines are growing longer as more and more individuals, and developers are applying for building permits. The Island of Rotan is becoming a destination point for potential investors as travel to this beautiful paradise increases both by air and cruise lines.

The massive port which is underway is continuing to be a focal point of discussion as it is really taking place, which in turn is bringing an upsurge of economic activity to Roatan and the rest of the Bay Islands of Honduras. As the Islands and Honduras open themselves to the world in an open market and business welcoming atmosphere, the region will receive greater notice from global firms looking for new, fresh investment opportunities. This in turn will make the Bay Islands a powerful financial investment engine for Honduras.
