The exterior colors have arrived and the outside is starting to look like a real Resort. The interiors of all Phase I Villas will be completed in the next 60 days and at that time we will be very close to completion of Phase I. Finish work does take time, but our team is working diligently to deliver a top quality villa as soon as possible.

Last month the order went in for stone pool decking, which should arrive sometime in August. By the first of September most of the pool decking and walkways will be completely poured and ready for application of the stone top finish, which is a beautiful sandstone that doesn't absorb heat. It will feel great on bare feet! Pool, water, sun, lounge chairs and a white sandy beach — your place in paradise is almost a reality!

Our fiber optic company Siemans will be here in the next few weeks to install interior phone lines and PBX software. The equipment has arrived for the installation of our reverse osmosis purification system, which will deliver pure drinking water throughout the resort.

Rotan Island Little League and one of the Infinity Bay Owner's get together. Steve & Monica Harnden (Owner's of Condo/Villa 2D) met at the Roatan airport. The Harnden's brought some 30-baseball gloves and other equipment for Roatan's own Little League players. It was "Christmas in June" watching the players in their bright blue "T" shirts receive with smiles galore. Thanks Steve & Monica for your generosity and for warming the hearts of these kids.

Mexico's largest airline, Aeromexico, has introduced new service to San Pedro Sula, Honduras from Mexico City. U.S. gateways in Houston, Los Angeles and Miami will now have improved access to important business destinations in Central America.
