Interiors are taking shape. We have started putting light and fan fixtures in the Condo/Villas. It is amazing how they add to the finishing touches. Shipment of all kitchen appliances have been made, and should be arriving in three weeks. All bed items and most of the furniture have arrived, and are being stored until each Condo/Villa is ready to be furnished.

Just three weeks ago the order went out for almost 9,000 plants, flowers and trees. We will be receiving them in September and begin planting. Some plant names are Bird of Paradise, Allamada, Banana, Cordilinea, Ixoras, Croton, and Royal Palms. Beautifying the Resorts landscape will soon create a blossoming, colorful, and exotic Caribbean garden of life.

Infinity's back up 1 meg generator arrived to keep us all in lights, and air conditioning 24/7, as the switch from our utility company to generator will be automatic. Having this luxury will keep our owners and guests cool and comfy after a long hard day at the Beach!

We are about ready to send information for closings on the Condo/Villas. Some of this is obtaining current or missing information (Passport of Visa numbers etc.) from all of our Phase I buyers. Also information will include options on how to close. We have been working closely with our legal counsel making sure procedures to be completed will be in place, so each closing can go as smooth as possible. At this time we do not have specific dates, but at the latest closings will start in Mid-October. We ask for your patience, and will keep you informed.

We sent out to all of our Phase I buyers a request for dates you, family, or friends will be staying in your Condo/Villa through May 2008. If you have not filled this out we would appreciate feedback as soon as possible. Our Resort Manager wants the opportunity to begin renting your Condo/Villa just as soon after closing as possible. If a Phase I buyer did not receive this form please email or call, and we will send it right out.
