Furniture, fixtures, appliances and other finishing touches will be part of this next 60 days of preparation for occupancy. WOW "Occupancy" what a great word. We here at Infinity are making the best of all our professional finishers to get every Condo ready for our owners and guests as soon as possible. It is great to see exteriors starting to show a sneak preview of a beautiful Resort in the making.

Check out the picture above with our Swim up Bar. We are only a short time away from completion and having this a fun gathering area for everyone visiting Infinity Bay Resort. There will also be tables and chairs set up next to the Infinity Edge of the pool, for leisure conversations, food, and beverages. Yes 82 degrees, a slight breeze from the North, fresh or sale water your choice... Paradise!

In the next six weeks we will have our first golf cart and van at the Resort. These vehicles will be specific for Airport pickup/drop-off, and taking care of our owners and guests when they arrive. It would be very helpful for Resort personnel to give them advance notice of your arrival and departures for planning purposes. If our van is not available we have other vehicles to provide transportation from and to the Airport.

If you have not received the general closing information e-mail recently sent out for Phase I let us know so we can provide to you immediately. As stated in this letter all Phase I buyers will be given a 30 day time frame for closing. We will provide you these dates with specific closing information on your Condo/Villa as soon as we know.

In the mean time there will be an e-mail sent the first week in October which will ask for your approval or disapproval to rent the Phase I Condo/Villa you are purchasing prior to closing. It is paramount we receive your approval to be part of the Rental Management Agreement prior to closing if you wish.

We sent to all Phase I buyers a request for dates you, family, or friends will be staying in your Condo/Villa through May 2008. If you have not sent us back this form we would appreciate a reply in the next few weeks. Our Resort Manager wants the opportunity to rent your Condo/Villa. If a Phase I buyer did not receive this form please e-mail or call, and we will send it right out.

Roatan inherited 67 additional Port of call dates. Starting this winter Roatan will have 1 or 2 ships in each day, everyday. It is predicted this will increase Roatan's gross income for the island by 30%. Also a new Jimmy Buffet Margarittaville restaurant is predicted, the Pete Dye golf course is taking shape, plus a world-class casino and shopping center conveniently located are on the drawing boards.
