Congratulations to all of our Phase I owners on closing and making the New Year for the Infinity Family very special. We are excited to announce that we have begun construction of Phase II, which includes an additional 90 luxury villas and our main building housing the restaurant, spa and health club. These fully furnished Villas will consist of ten buildings, which are four stories each. With much of the current infrastructure completed for Phase II the timetable for completion will make our Phase II buyers excited about seeing the transition from foundation to roofing in a short time. By the middle of April all Cistern foundations should be completed and the Condo/Villa structures will begin to take shape.

The parking area is also nearly complete. This will evolve into a Grand Entrance to the Resort with a visually stunning landscape introducing newcomers to Infinity Bay Resort. For the time being, the tunnel walkway has provided separation between the Phase II construction and Phase I resort in order to minimize the disruption to our resort guests. We have also walled off the back of the resort to minimize noise disruption as well as leased a property off-site in order to complete much of the prefab work without the noise on the site.

In the past 90 days we have been able to enjoy the Holidays and at the same time seen a construction site transition into a gorgeous one-of-a-kind resort, with new lounge chairs, tables, and a totally different view since our long standing office has transposed into a beautiful beach view (Can't believe no one has missed seeing those beautiful two stories of yellow siding).

The New Years Eve gathering was so successful we were at full capacity. The celebration was a lot of fun for all who attended. There was a traditional party where everyone had a great time, dancing to live music, eating, and of course a few fancy New Years Caribbean libations along the way to 2008!

Phase I should be completed in the next 60 days with phones installed in all condos, wireless internet access, new swim up palapa bar and additional landscaping. The elevators are being installed in the next couple of weeks.

Resort reservations are being taken daily and we are working towards eventually having access of this information on our Web site. Web based servicing is the technology which Infinity Bay must be apart of to increase occupancy daily for the benefit of our Phase I owners.

For the week of March 15th through March 22nd Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort is fully booked! This is Easter week (Semana Santa) for much of Honduras and the Caribbean. Once the word got out we were open our bookings increased overnight. We are still in our infancy as for Resorts on Roatan, but gaining momentum every single day. Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort is on a marketing blitz to increase occupancy percentages daily. We have been in touch with tour operators, travel agents, online services and will be constantly attempting to reach every market which has potential. Because of this we ask our Phase I owners, wanting to maximize their rental occupancy, to please book their Villas well in advance for personal use.

Beginning in late February Continental Airlines will have a Mid-Week flight during our high season. This is further evidence that the major airlines are beginning to see Roatan as a profitable destination. The buzz in the tourism industry is that other major carriers are looking at Roatan as a potential near term market.

We are still receiving many inquires based on the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) article of November 2007. Roatan and Infinity Bay Resort were the real winners of this well publicized article and if you haven't read it, it's posted on the home page of our web site.
