Spring!! and Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort is making Excellent headway on Phase II of the final 90 Condo/Villas. The cisterns and foundations should be all completed by the middle of April, and then the walls and four floors will start going UP! The new back-up generator is working and we have power 24/7. Also the water treatment plant has been successfully installed and working. This means all water coming out of the taps is completely pure and drinkable, and each guest/owner will have ice.

Along with Phase II construction comes the new reception building. This will include a first floor reception/gift shop, second floor restaurant with outside seating, third floor health club and spa, and a daylight basement with conference center facilities to accommodate up to 150 people for meetings. The preliminary plans have been drafted, and start-up for this building will begin mid-to-late summer 2008. We still anticipate a completion date of late April of next year for Phase II.

We have 30 sales of Phase II villas and our sales staff is working very successfully to keep the momentum going as many potential buyers are here every week looking seriously at purchasing.

By the end of this month we will have finalized our installation of wireless internet. Siemans, our IT company, will be here the week of the 24th of March for the finishing touches. Also, phones have been installed in all of the villas for making outside calls, or getting in touch with front desk for guest services.

Yes we have a new La Palapa Swim Up Bar!! The old one is now our temporary Resort kitchen and the chefs are happy to stretch out with this additional space for preparing the Greatest Cheeseburgers in Paradise, while guests enjoy the new Swim up Bar sipping their favorite libations. We will miss the memories of the old bar and continue to reminisce, but the new swim-up palapa is already offering up new scenery, drinks, music, and six TV's for when your ready for some sports action or other fun after sunning at the beach or poolside.

Semana Santa is the week of March 15th thru March 22nd and we have no rooms available. Phase I owners your Condos will have no vacancy most all of that week. Preparation is being made for live music, buffets and readying for the expected large crowds. All of us here are excited about showing off the Resort with the highest quality services, standards, and making sure our guest have the time of their lives. This week will assist in creating a buzz throughout Honduras and the Caribbean that Infinity Bay Resort is the place to stay. As we continue to work to build occupancy, it becomes increasingly important for our owners to notify us of their travel plans for the island.

Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort has been just written up by the local Breeze Magazine with front page coverage. We have had TACA Airlines complete a promotion for the Resort and Roatan in which we will be hosted on the in-flight drop-down TV's for all passengers flying TACA. This exposure is priceless and we are looking forward to a positive response for those wanting to vacation or purchase on Roatan, and specifically Infinity Bay Resort. Our marketing continues to become more extended out to the world with our constant updating of website services, and hiring a professional firm to provide Infinity Resort write ups in various publications throughout the upcoming year.
