Maximum occupancy is four persons in a one bedroom, six persons in a two bedroom and eight persons in a villa.
Taxes are not included (16%) Prices include airport pickup and drop off.

Cancellation Policy
One night deposit required on all bookings (Holidays 3 nights).
Full prepayment required 45 days prior to arrival (Holidays 90 days).
90 or more days prior to the date of arrival - full refund.
60 - 90 days prior to arrival - 75% refund.
45 - 60 days prior to arrival - 50% refund.
No refund for cancellation less than 45 days prior to arrival.
Bookings made within 45 days of arrival require full payment at time of booking.
Holiday periods require a minimum 5 night stay.
