All accommodations are condominium units with full kitchen and a bath per bedroom except studios. Prices are in US dollars and are per night.
Studio Suite: Price base on 1 or 2 people. (Maximum 2)
Premier Studio Price base on 1 or 2 people. (Maximum 3)
1 Bedroom condo: Price based on 1 or 2 people. (Maximum 3)
2 Bedroom condo: Price based on 1 or 4 people. (Maximum 5)
3 Bedroom Master Suite: Price based on 1 or 6 people. (Maximum 7)

Rates for Additional People:
Infants 0-2: FREE
Children 2-10: $15
Adult: $25

Taxes are not included (16%). Prices do not include activities or meals. (Kids 5 years and under free of charge, 6 years or older pay full price.)

CANCELLATION POLICY
First night deposit is required on all bookings at the moment of reservation.
(Holidays 50% deposit of total stay).
Holiday periods require a minimum 7 night stay.
30 or more days prior to the date of arrival – deposit fully refundable.
15 days prior to arrival - 75% deposit refundable.
No refund for cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival.
