From the security personnel to the staff at Palapa Restaurant, everyone was incredibly friendly, generous, and amazing. We are definitely coming back next year with our kids, and also plan a couples’ trip. Please say hi to all of them from their friends from Chicago—keep up the excellent work!
Our Second Home
We have visited the last two years for two weeks each, and after 46 years of traveling, this is our final destination for life. The Honduran people are loving, kind, and family-oriented. Every staff member is exceptional—from servers like Keerisha, Leah at the front desk, Mario Ramirez, housekeeping, gardeners, to pool cleaners. The gift shop staff and coffee bistro were also outstanding. We miss our Infinity Bay family and hope to return next winter.
I LOVE ROATÁN!
We stayed here in January with four adults and one child. The beach was stunning—soft sand, clear water, and the best snorkeling we’ve ever experienced. The resort was well maintained with great accommodations and a beautiful pool. The food was excellent with buffet theme nights and reservations at La Palapa Beach Grill. We also enjoyed excursions like visiting sloths, monkeys, the Rum and Chocolate Factory, and shopping in West End. Infinity Bay felt safe, relaxing, and unforgettable.
Great Staff, Great Beach and Rooms Too!
This was our second visit to Infinity Bay, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. Our two-bedroom suite was spacious and well-equipped. The beach was only a short walk, and we loved diving with Infinity Bay Divers. Special thanks to Joel and Derald, the activities coordinators, for arranging a private driver and checking in on us personally. Their service went above and beyond. Infinity Bay continues to impress us, and we look forward to returning.
Infinity Bay Roatán
My first all-inclusive resort experience was unforgettable. The food was outstanding, thanks to Chef Walmon Cooper, and the bar staff led by Carlos Sterhany made every moment fun and personal. The snorkeling right off the beach was incredible, with so much to see. One week wasn’t enough—can’t wait to head back!
Spent a Fabulous Day at Infinity Bay
We visited on a day trip from a cruise ship and were blown away by the service. Joel and Derald made sure we had chairs and took care of every detail, while Sindy, our server at the beach restaurant, made lunch an absolute pleasure. The beach was beautiful, the water crystal clear, and snorkeling just offshore was amazing. The infinity pool was also pristine. This was a true 5-star experience, and we can’t wait to return.
